Update August 17, 2018: Filing fees may now be sent by wire transfer to the Department of Banking. Wire instructions are automatically emailed to the submitter when an application is submitted through CAFE.
Type of filings accepted
Applicants may submit any type of application or notice (“filing”), except Money Services Business Applications, electronically. In addition, applicants may submit additional information or documentation for filings originally submitted via CAFE. Please note that only the person that submitted the original filing will be able to submit additional information for that filing unless the user is part of a group (Group Request Form). If you have more than one filing for the same applicant or related/companion filings, please create separate filings in CAFE.
Steps
Log in to CAFE.
Enter information about the filing. Include alternate emails if desired.
Upload document(s) for filing.
Submit filing by clicking on the Submit button.
Submit filing fees due to the Department as soon as possible. Instructions for sending filing fees by mail and wire transfer are now included in the acknowledgement emailed to the submitter when the application is submitted through CAFE.
